This hunting lease is leased and not available. Nice little tract that borders the swamp to the west. It also has a pond that is L shaped. The timber is mature giving several setup locations. Some sawtooth oaks have been planted in the open area around the pond and some are beginning to produce acorns. Road access is present to the swamp on the north and south ends of the property making the access for setup and retrieval easy. When the pressure gets high and during rut these deer tend to travel along these swamps. Front half of the property is planted in row crops, soybeans in 2024. This will make this a nice little spot for a couple hunters. ATV use is acceptable for hunting purposes only. No Camping.
